Since there is only one candidate for Chair, Treasurer, and Editor, I declare the following to be elected to these posts:

Chair:                  Monika Hagendorn-Saupe
Treasurer:           Dominik Remondino
Editor:                 Emmanuelle Delmas-Glass

There are two candidates for the two posts of Vice Chair and Secretary. Susanne Nickel is a candidate for both roles. In the event that Susanne receives more votes for both posts, she will have to decide which post to accept, and the remaining candidate for the other role will be offered that post.

This leaves five candidates for the four Ordinary Member posts.

Supporting statements for all the candidates taking part in elections are given here

We have set up an online voting system using Google Forms.  Please go to the URL http://bit.ly/1NZfECz and register your choice for Secretary/Vice Chair, and for the four Ordinary Member candidates you prefer.  You will need to quote your ICOM membership number as evidence of your entitlement to vote in this election. In order for your vote to be accepted, you have to be registered as a voting member for CIDOC (an individual member or a named representative of an institutional member). You must register your vote by the deadline of 23:59 UTC on 31 May 2016.
