Registration for CIDOC 2021 is now open!
After CIDOC 2020 online conference success and due to the current pandemic situation, the organisers of CIDOC 2021 decided to organise a mixed conference, onsite and online, so that the majority of our community of members can participate at CIDOC anual conference. The registration process is now open and all the information is now available at our website.
The registration process is quite simple and can be done at the conference website. Click Register to open the page.

Full registration:
- conference information package
- access to all sessions, workshops and pre-conference events

Day Pass:
- conference information package
- access to all sessions and workshops on the day
- coffee breaks and lunches on the day (+welcome reception or conference dinner, if it is on the same day)
- visits in the program on the day
Online:
- access to the online environment: live sessions, recordings of the sessions, Q&A, chat, polls.
Accompanying Person:
- access to welcome reception, conference dinner, daily afternoon visits
What you need to know before registration:
On registration form you can choose between two payment methods: VISA/Mastercard or invoice. In case of choosing VISA/Mastercard, the payment is made directly after registration. In case of choosing an invoice, you will receive the invoice by e-mail from Muinsuskaitseamet (National Heritage Board of Estonia) – this can take up to 14 days.
Depending on the ticket type, you may be requested to provide extra information:
- Students are requested to provide a copy of a documentation proving student status (student’s ID or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral School prepared on the notepaper of the institution).
- ICOM members are requested to provide their member ID during registration.
Registration as an accompanying person is allowed when accompanying participants with full registration.
Authors also need a registration.
Full refund of the conference fee is possible for the cancellations before 31/07/2021. A cancellation fee of €50 applies for any cancellations between 1/08/2021 and 31/8/2021. Cancellations after 31/8/2021 will not be refunded. If you cannot attend, you may transfer the registration to another person.
