A new complex type conceptMixedComplexType was defined to enable mixed content. Allows either elements as defined in conceptComplexType or simple text as described in textComplexType.

This complex type was introduced in LIDO v1.1 to enable the use of uniquely identified controlled terms for elements that have been text-based only in LIDO v1.0.

Twelve elements are based on conceptMixedComplexType in LIDO v1.1, for instance, extent or format information.
